PraySends is a global marketplace where Supporters can request personalized video messages — gratitude, blessings, prayers, or encouragement — from Creators around the world. It is not a donation site or charity platform.
Is PraySends a donation site?
No. PraySends is a video message marketplace. Supporters pay for personalized video content created by real people worldwide. The payment is for the video service, not a donation.
How does PraySends work?
1) Browse Creators on the world map. 2) Select a Creator. 3) Pay for your preferred video length. 4) The Creator records your personalized message within 72 hours. 5) Review the video. 6) Payment is released to the Creator.
Is PraySends safe?
Yes. Payments are held securely via Stripe until you confirm receipt of your video. Full refund is guaranteed if no video is delivered within 72 hours.
For Supporters
How do I request a video?
Sign up, browse Creators by country on the world map, select a Creator, choose your video length, enter your message instructions, and complete Stripe payment.
What video lengths are available?
$5 = 10 seconds, $10 = 20 seconds, $20 = 30 seconds, $50 = 45 seconds (Premium).
Can I request specific words or topics?
Yes. When ordering, you enter the specific message you want the Creator to include in their video.
What if I don't receive a video?
If the Creator doesn't deliver within 72 hours, you receive a full automatic refund.
Can I share the video I receive?
Yes. You can download and share your video on social media.
How long do I have to review a video?
You have 72 hours after delivery to leave a review. After that, payment is automatically released.
For Creators
How do I become a Creator?
Sign up, complete Creator registration (select your country and spoken languages), and connect your Stripe payout account.
How do I get paid?
Payments are sent directly to your Stripe Connect account after the Supporter reviews your video (or after 72 hours if no review is given).
How quickly must I deliver a video?
Within 72 hours of receiving a request.
What if I receive a negative review?
Multiple negative reviews will lower your ranking. Severe cases may result in account suspension.
Can my videos be shared on social media?
Yes. Supporters may share videos on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, or WhatsApp. By registering as a Creator, you acknowledge this possibility.
Is AI-generated video allowed?
No. All videos must be genuine recordings of the Creator. AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are supported?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe.
When is payment captured?
Payment is authorized at checkout and only captured after you confirm your video. If no video is delivered in 72 hours, you are automatically refunded.
What qualifies for a refund?
No video delivered within 72 hours; video with no audio; video clearly not following your instructions; video violating content guidelines.
What does NOT qualify for a refund?
Subjective dissatisfaction with the Creator's appearance or style; content that follows your instructions but doesn't match expectations.
