Terms of Service

By accessing or using BlessFlow ("the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a donation. By using BlessFlow you confirm you meet this requirement.

BlessFlow is a global video message marketplace that connects Supporters with Creators worldwide. Supporters pay for personalized video messages — blessings, prayers, encouragement, or gratitude — recorded and delivered by Creators. BlessFlow does not provide religious services, counselling, or therapy, and is not a donation or charity platform.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or sold.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a donation you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. BlessFlow never stores your card information.

4.2 Donation Hold

When you submit a donation, the amount is authorised but not immediately captured. Funds are held by Stripe until one of the following conditions is met:

• The Provider submits a video and you submit a rating (positive or negative).
• The 3-day review deadline expires without a rating — the donation is automatically treated as a positive review and captured.
• The Provider fails to deliver a video within 3 days — the authorisation is cancelled and the full amount is returned to your payment method.

4.3 Platform Fee

BlessFlow charges a 10% platform fee on every successfully completed donation. This fee is deducted before transferring the remainder to the Provider.

All transactions are denominated in USD. Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion fees for non-USD accounts.

5.1 Recording Requirements

Providers must record videos directly within the BlessFlow platform using the in-browser recording tool. Uploading pre-recorded or AI-generated videos is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of associated funds.

5.2 Content Standards

All videos must:

• Feature the Provider's own face on camera.
• Be respectful, peaceful, and free from harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Comply with applicable laws in the Provider's jurisdiction.

BlessFlow uses automated moderation. Videos that fail moderation will be rejected; the Provider will be notified and given an opportunity to re-record within the remaining deadline.

5.3 Video Access and Retention

Videos are private and accessible only to:

• The Donor who commissioned the video.
• BlessFlow administrators for moderation and support purposes.

Videos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 7 days after the Donor first opens the video. We recommend downloading your video before this deadline. BlessFlow is not liable for any loss resulting from this deletion.

5.4 Social Media Sharing

Donors may share links or short descriptions of their BlessFlow experience on social media. If a Donor chooses to download and publicly post a video, the Provider's image and likeness may become publicly visible. By registering as a Provider, you expressly consent to this possibility and acknowledge that BlessFlow has no control over content once downloaded by a Donor.

Providers: please read this carefully before registering. You acknowledge that received videos may be shared on social media platforms by Donors.

6.1 Positive Rating

A positive rating results in the Provider receiving 90% of the donation amount (donation minus 10% platform fee) via Stripe Connect.

6.2 Negative Rating

Negative ratings reduce the Provider's payout. Cumulative negative ratings also reduce the Provider's visibility in search results. Providers with 10 or more cumulative negative ratings will be removed from public listings. The payout reduction schedule is as follows:

6.3 Automatic Rating

If a Donor does not submit a rating within 3 days of the video being delivered, a positive rating is applied automatically.

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Submit fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to circumvent payment processing or ratings systems.
• Upload AI-generated videos as a Provider.
• Harass, threaten, or defame other users.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interact with the Platform.

Video content recorded by Providers remains the intellectual property of the Provider. By uploading a video, the Provider grants BlessFlow a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, transmit, and display the video solely for the purpose of delivering it to the commissioning Donor.

BlessFlow's trademarks, logos, and service names are the exclusive property of BlessFlow and may not be used without prior written permission.

BlessFlow provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlessFlow shall not be liable for:

• The quality, content, or spiritual efficacy of any prayer or blessing.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, including videos deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
• Actions or omissions of Providers or Donors.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to BlessFlow in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
